Report to
Marketing Communication Manager
Responsibilities:
- Set-up digital marketing campaigns to drive acquisition across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Google products, email, and other affiliate marketing channels.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels.
- Conduct data analysis and performance report of all campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met.
- Proactively seek new opportunities to improve digital marketing performance that would lead to sales growth.
- Create digital marketing strategies including optimization strategies and paid search strategies. Pre-determined budget usage – all to ensure digital leads generation goals are reached & see a full return on digital investment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing specially in Lead Generation (CPA Model) and E-Commerce.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheet skill and experience in Dashboard & Reporting platform e.g., Power BI or Data Studio and comfort with using and analyzing large data sets.
- 1+ year experience of CRM and/or website (Word Press) management is a plus.
- Experience in communicating and collaborating with teams at various levels (e.g. peers to senior leadership)
- Be able to work under pressure and time limitation.
