Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the team of 3 staffs. Ensure succession planning & employee development in the department.
• Ensure continuous improvement in the quality, timeliness and reliability of product cost and manufacturing overhead information and source data, both internal and external.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Procurement to identify/flag risks and opportunities on product cost, and manufacturing overhead including benchmarking exercise to drive cost efficiency.
• Prepare quarterly Commodity Template and identify/flag risks and opportunities on Commodity Coverage and review with Management, Supply Chain function Head, and Procurement for Resin and Aluminum on monthly basis.
• Provide insightful analysis vs plan and vs. forecast to management on product cost and manufacturing overhead and mitigation plan to close the gap.

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience in Finance, preferably FMCG and Manufacturing exposure. 5-7 years in Finance Manager position with people management exposure.
• BBA in Finance, Accounting or Engineers, and Master degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable university.
• Experience in commodity price & coverage analysis and impact from the change of commodity prince on business.
• Solid technical/functional knowledge in Finance and Accounting.
• Experience in costing and solid understanding of manufacturing cost structure and cost drivers.
