Responsibilities :
- Develop digital marketing strategy aligned with company’s business directions, including key activities and digital marketing communication plan.
- Develop digital media and content strategy, manage and oversee various digital marketing channels and all the company's social media accounts; Facebook, Line, IG, YT, EDM, Twitter, APP, etc.
- Drive Company website content for all store perspective & performance link with EC sales target achievement.
- Understand customer journey and reflect into digital marketing and site planning development.
- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance by product and category division to formulate site strategy
- Work closely with key stakeholders including marketing colleagues, EC team, global team and other departments to drive business performance to achieve target
- Lead, supervise and motivate team members of the digital marketing and site planning team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or any related field
- English, Business Level
- Proven minimum 5 years working experience in area of digital marketing and e-commerce related.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, enthusiastic, process oriented with logical thinking
- Strong passion in marketing with high flexibility
- Ability to work together with global team, other departments and agencies
- Be enthusiastic, open-minded with willingness to learn new things
- Desire to work for a global customer centric, fast moving, and result-oriented company
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently and manage your time and deadlines, as well as the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of a fast-paced e-commerce business
