Responsibilities:

• Prepare or monitor company’s various cash flow planning and forecasts and perform financial modeling
• Working capital monitoring for corporate and subsidiaries, review the corporate policies related to working capital, and model the impact on cash flow. Determine when additional cash is needed, and raise fund through the acquisition of debt, sale of stock, or changes in company policies that impact the amount of working capital required to run the business
• Risk management, use various hedging and netting strategies to reduce risk related to changes in asset value, interest rate, and foreign currency holdings
• Bank relations, keep the company’s banker apprised of the company’s financial condition and projection, market conditions, and other information
• Monitor FX risk management to ensure effective implement of FX policy
• Ensure the compliance and safety of treasury transactions and settlements
• Responsible for treasury management improvement in the long run including the internal process set-up and operation, internal control KPI management, training and treasury propaganda
• Maintain insurance coverage
• Prepare for monthly FX forecast and analyze forecast accuracy with actual transactions
• Prompt to assist the month-end/Year-end for closing the accounts

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in banking and finance, economics or related fields, MBA is an advantage
• 12 years' experience in corporate treasury / banking
• Have understanding of derivatives, hedging, investment, bank account management, and international funds flows
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and have good team spirit
• Meticulous, pro-active, able to work independently and demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to multitask in a demanding and fast paced environment
