Marketing Communication General Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identify specific marketing goals and objectives, and drive the marketing strategic messages for South East Asia.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns and aligned with business goals.
  • Develop all Classical Advertising, Online, CRM and retail packages and media planning strategy for marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviors and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key challenges. Work closely with other team in capitalizing on database to plan and implement effective communication strategy.
  • Reporting on campaign results, KPIs, and compilation of Marketing reports and presentations.
  • Develop product literature in cooperation with product management team and finalize the catalogs with management.
  • Lead and supervise 3rd parties, agencies, marketing partners in campaign activities and ensuring the brand concepts and standards are in line with global guideline and brand identity.
  • Process internal PR/ PO for all creative jobs and media bookings.

Qualification:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in marketing area (International experience preferable).
  • Experience in marketing for automotive industry is preferable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transfer a research perspective or customer insights into practical business considerations.
  • Product knowledge: understanding of product characteristics and ability to transpose them into marketing strategies.
  • Sales understanding – develop tactical marketing campaigns in correlation with sales objectives.
  • English proficiency
