A leading food & beverage manufacturer in Thailand

Responsibilities :

Strategic marketing

  •  Participate in strategic planning to formulate the company's future direction
  •  Align product strategy to the company's business strategy
  •  Understand changing market dynamics and translate them into actionable strategy
  •  Identify levers that will drive successful marketing strategy and quantify the impact of spending on the success
  •  Develop and communicate marketing plan of assigned products

Define Product strategy and manage brands

  •  Develop the product strategies and positioning
  •  Ensure the company's branding comes across in all media consistently
  •  Provide leadership in the design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs
  •  Understand and manage customers
  •  Oversee market research and analysis of the competition
  •  Use market research tools both qualitative and quantitative to measure market demand and understanding of customer needs and competitive position
  •  Conduct market analysis to identify customer satisfaction, marketing mix, price elasticity, response to advertisement, sales promotions, and alternative channels and sales systems.

Executing the marketing plan

  •  Implement the strategy to achieve pre-set objectives as determined by the marketing plan
  •  Oversee exhibiting, printed promotions and electronic promotions such as web sites and social media

New Product Development

  •  Guide New Product Development process
  •  Working with R&D teams on idea/concept initiation and agree on strategy
  •  Develop and implement launch plan jointly with cross functional team
  •  Launch new product and conduct post launch evaluation

Managing the marketing function

  •  Develop new and enhances existing business relationships and heightens awareness of the company including build relationship and communicate effectively with agencies
  •  Manage budgets effectively
  •  Manage company's media, industry relations, advertising, interactive programs, and communications

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female, age not over 38 years old
  •  Master degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  •  At least 5 years’ experience in brand/product management
  •  Strong commercial, trade marketing & financial planning skills
  • Good analytical, creative, initiative, pro-active, self-motivated and self-starter
  •  Strong team player and communication skills
  • Good command of English and computer literacy
