Responsibilities :
- Manage and guarantee monthly disbursement of payroll, benefits and taxes consistent with Union and State wage and labor laws
- Review and analyze the payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operation
- Ensure systems are set-up and updated to reflect current employee base, including wages, benefits, etc.
- Supervise the payroll and time office staff
- Manage relationships with Payroll vendors to ensure proper support and attention are given to accounts
- Identifies and acts on possible systems enhancements for Payroll & Time Keeping area to increase efficiency and reduce the cost
- Administer compensation planning including separation, merit increase annually, variable payment for hourly and payment for salaried
- Populate tools for compensation administration based upon pay-for-performance philosophy and compensation planning implementation plan
- Prepare the scope of work, coordinate the vendor negotiations for new benefit upgrades or contract renewals
- Deliver benefit plans for the country and escalate issues with the program up to the CoE for review.
- Assist in the preparation of compensation recommendation to management.
- Assist in conducting the remuneration survey
- To provide analysis data to HR field as required to ensure salaried team members are equitable and consistent with their responsibilities.
- Work with GCC to provide data as required
- Administer job description process to align with ISO requirement
- Provide data from systems for benchmarking purposes
- To develop and update policy and procedure related to compensation & Benefit
- Support and provide ASEAN on Compensation and Benefits such as job leveling, salary structure, etc.
- ISP Administration, immigration and rebill process
- Carry the special assignments.
Qualifications:
- Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 5 years experiences
- Experience in Payroll Process
- Highly developed oral and written communication skill
- Proficient in MS Office applications and computer skill
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Able to analyze data and provide recommendation
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to listen objectively and solve disputes/issues between employees and supervisor to the Satisfaction of both side
- Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex
- High level of maturity and managerial courage
- Strong customer focus and flexibility to ensure performance standards are met in a changing work environment
