Our Client
An International Healthcare Company
Responsibilities :
Supply Chain Operations
Ordering & Importation
- Manage supply forecasts and shipment;
- Submit Delivery KPIs report and forecast to Corporate
- Manage replenishment and drop-shipment process
- Place PO and follow-up on stock shipment with company supplying entities
- Submit stock on hand to regional supply chain
- Consolidate local rolling forecast to Finance
- Work with shipping agent and customs broker for importation of goods.
- Coordinate with Customs Broker for export of goods (upon Service team request)
Medical Device Internal Management
- Handle repair process for medical device;
- Coordinate with Service Engineer and customs broker to ship product out to repair center including completion of Re-Importation Certificate, as necessary
- Proceed for import back of the goods after repair complete
- Handle replacement/credit process for medical device’s consumable products;
- Track & Trace sales to verify validity of the replacement request
- Coordinate with Service Engineer to confirm replacement/credit with manufacturing plant in U.S.
- Manage product returns to manufacturer
- Complete replacement transaction in system and generate necessary supporting document
- Monitor and control the records of medical device repair, replacement and credit process
Inventory Management
- Daily sales and inventory reconciliation
- Inventory Management and coordination with distributor
- Strictly control and track inventory
- Ensures compliance to Customer Returns Policy (e.g. authorized limit)
- Work closely with Operation Executive
Finance Operations
- Ensures proper Revenue Recognition compliance by reviews of day-end/week-end/month-end shipping controls and documents reconciliation include checking for compliance with local laws/regulations
- Prepare routine and ad-hoc sales report and sales analysis
- Lead and review compliance with supply chain / finance policies i.e. purchase, vendor selection, T&E and etc.
- Review PO, PR, T&E before sending to Sr. Finance Manager and General Manager for approval
- Work with Accounting Shared Service Team in Regional Office for ongoing finance and accounting activities
- Coordinate with outsource accounting and tax service provider for statutory and taxes reports
- Be able to assist Sr. Finance Manager in all aspect of finance and accounting
Others
- Be Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Customer Master Data, Material Master Data and Vendor Master Data
- Other supply chain / finance duties and project as assigned
Qualifications:
- Thai National.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related.
- At least 10 years’ experience in financial accounting in a multinational company.
- Experience and knowledge in SAP.
- Self-driven, result-oriented and passion in aesthetics industry/market.
- Good in communication in English both writing and speaking.
- Enthusiastic, formal and service mind, team oriented and able to work in dynamic environment
