A global leading ceramic manufacturer
Responsibilities :
- Formulate sales and marketing plans strategies for company products and coordinates with all concerned parties to support and increase sales volumes of company products in the market.
- Setting up of annual sales target / marketing strategic, operational plans and sale promotion activities.
- Monitors and modifies marketing campaigns for company products in order to achieve sales targets.
- Analyses and identify new opportunities & service to enlarge company network and keep closed relation with major customer, key account, retail channel including with develop business relationships with all customers to acquire business information and support & ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in local and international trade fairs or company events to increase business partnership, find new opportunities and build relationships with existing or potential partners in order to promote sales or public awareness and increase high level of quality and branding.
- Manage, guide, supervise, motivate and work closely with Marketing Manager, Retail Sales Manager, Project Sales Manager and Sales Support Manager in order to generate the company’s social responsibility, activities and achieve company business targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Master’s Degree in Marketing, International Business Administration or related field
- At least 15 years working experience in Sales and Marketing field, with minimum 10 years in Ceramic / Sanitary Ware
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill, team management
- Excellent command of writing and speaking English
- Excellent in contact with customer and ability to develop and contact new customer and product
