The company is now looking for a right candidate for the position of Head of Sales – Thailand who will lead and drive sales in both modern trade and general trade.

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all aspects of international marketing; focusing on brand management, product marketing activities and promotional campaigns for international markets: CLMV, China, the Middle East, Europe and the USA.
- Develop and implement annual marketing and sales strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share.
- Initiate, implement and monitor quality objectives and performance across the company with respect to Marketing.
- Lead compelling strategic vision that in align with organization short and long-term goals.
- Develop and execute winning marketing plans and go-to-market strategy for new and existing product lines.
- Monitor social media and website branding.
- Collect and analyze market research, customer research and competitive analysis.
- Leverage customer insights to identify business opportunities and product strategies.
- Propose projects that will increase market share or create new categories of applications.
- Calculate and make critical time-to-market versus new feature trade-off decisions.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues and risks, recommending tactical strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 12 years of relevant marketing and sales management experience within FMCG, food and beverage or healthcare and supplement manufacturing companies.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Positive and proactive attitude, customer focused and passion for managing projects to conclusion on time.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
