Report to
Head of Human Resources

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and senior leaders on reward design, competitive positioning, and cost implications.
  • Lead annual associates’ expense budgeting and prepare monthly cost analysis to support financial planning.
  • Align compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks with business priorities and external market benchmarks.
  • Stay ahead of economic conditions and emerging practices in global compensation.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across HR teams, acting as the primary point of contact for Group C&B matters.

Qualifications:

  • Professional command of English (written and verbal) is essential for global stakeholder management.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
  • Proven track record of working with senior executive leadership in complex, global organizations.
  • Mastery of compensation design, actuarial principles, incentive schemes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Significant experience in a multi-country, manufacturing, or industrial environment is highly preferred.
