Report to
Head of Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and senior leaders on reward design, competitive positioning, and cost implications.
- Lead annual associates’ expense budgeting and prepare monthly cost analysis to support financial planning.
- Align compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks with business priorities and external market benchmarks.
- Stay ahead of economic conditions and emerging practices in global compensation.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across HR teams, acting as the primary point of contact for Group C&B matters.
Qualifications:
- Professional command of English (written and verbal) is essential for global stakeholder management.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
- Proven track record of working with senior executive leadership in complex, global organizations.
- Mastery of compensation design, actuarial principles, incentive schemes, and regulatory compliance.
- Significant experience in a multi-country, manufacturing, or industrial environment is highly preferred.
