Responsibilities:

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Lead and evaluate external design consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity is maintained during execution.
• Develop and evolve the interior design DNA for our retail network, ensuring a consistent yet localized brand experience across all formats.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new locations or renovations, providing expert advice on spatial optimization.
• Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to identify opportunities for design refinement and cost-optimization in future rollouts.

Qualifications:

• At least 8-10+ years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture with a strong focus on Retail, Hospitality, or Commercial environments.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/3ds Max, and Adobe Cretive Suite.
• Ability to present and "sell" design concepts to senior executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Interior Design Architecture, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Materials & Finishes, lighting design, and millwork detailing.
