Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales campaigns, off-shelf displays, and channel programs to track budget vs. actuals and ROI.
- Manage the Change Management (Release) process, ensuring all new applications and updates are communicated and implemented seamlessly across the sales force.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ad-hoc executive requests, delivering accurate data under tight, deadline-driven environments.
- Respond to end-user inquiries, troubleshoot system issues, and provide expert advice to assist the sales team in the field.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly analyses on KPIs, pipelines, win/loss ratios, and sales trending to senior and executive management.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of import/export utilities, data feeds, and CRM/SFA system architecture.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills to bridge gaps between Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT departments.
- Ability to communicate complex numerical data clearly to senior management and executive teams.
- At least 3 years of experience in SFA (Sales Force Automation) development and sales administration.
