Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of professional development plans to uplift the skills of the IA/IS team, transforming them into elite, professional insurance advisors.
- Oversee the creation and continuous refinement of Needs-Based Selling materials and tools to empower bank sellers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to proactively identify and resolve issues regarding sales activities or quality of advice.
- Manage a high-performing field leadership team, including Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Insurance Advisors (IA), and Insurance Specialists (IS).
- Implement rigorous sales quality frameworks to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional coordination and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and multicultural environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business or a related field.
- Must hold a valid Insurance License. Possession of an Investment Consultant and Certified Financial Planner licenses is highly preferred.
- Ability to formulate complex sales plans and navigate banking organizational structures.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
