Payroll Manager
Responsibilities:
- Drive yearly personnel budget forecasting, providing data-driven insights on cost trends and budget variances to senior leadership.
- Ensure 100% audit readiness for all payroll and data-related audits, maintaining meticulous hard-copy and digital documentation.
- Manage time attendance and overtime (OT) systems, specifically for factory-based operations, to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.
- Execute payroll processing for 500+ employees, ensuring accurate and timely payouts for daily wages, monthly staff, executives, and expatriates.
- Assist in the administration of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) functions, including group insurance (Registration/Termination) and leave management systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM), Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maker in bank upload portals and handling complex payroll for diverse employee groups.
- High attention to detail with the ability to solve complex payroll discrepancies and situation-based problems.
- Ability to manage large datasets, create complex formulas, and prepare reconciliation reports.
- Expert Knowledge of Thai Labor Law, PND1/PND1A, Social Security, and Workman’s Compensation.
