Responsibilities:

• Act as a Strategic Business Partner to department leaders, analyzing complex business processes to co-create cost-effective technical solutions.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements that directly contribute to the achievement of business goals and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), managing system development and integration projects from conception through to post-launch support.
• Maintain a stable and secure IT infrastructure for the entire business, proactively identifying risks and implementing preventative measures.
• Manage local IT service providers and partners, ensuring all services are delivered within budget and maintain 100% compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

• Professional business-level command of both English and Thai is mandatory.
• Lead and execute high-impact IT projects in collaboration with the Global IT team, ensuring all initiatives reach an "operationally established" state on time and within scope.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required to support business expansion or global initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with retail-specific systems, including POS (Point of Sale), Inventory Management, and Payment Gateways.
