Responsibilities:

  • Translate brand purpose into 360-degree action plans, overseeing everything from product and packaging design to pricing and distribution strategies.  Translate brand purpose into 360-degree action plans, overseeing everything from product and packaging design to pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Use data mining and multiple research sources (Nielsen, Kantar, etc.) to uncover root causes of behaviors and brand performance.
  • Define the connection strategy across touchpoints-identifying who we are speaking to, what they currently believe, and how we will shift those perceptions.
  • Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution across traditional retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Lead the annual and long-term strategic planning process, ensuring integrated marketing communications (IMC) drives both brand equity and commercial targets.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading multiple high-priority workstreams under tight timelines.
  • Solid experience using consumer research and market data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Household Panel, Brand Health Tracking).
  • Demonstrated ability to execute complex integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, and Digital).
  • Professional command of English and Thai (written and verbal) for high-level presentations and stakeholder management.
  • Deep understanding of key consumer and business metrics and how to manipulate those levers to drive growth.
