Responsibilities:

  • Deliver core sales objectives, including Net Sales, profit margins, and cash flow targets for assigned accounts.
  • Control field execution, providing guidance and coaching to field teams (PC/AE) to ensure 100% compliance with company visibility and promotional standards.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to lead the planning and negotiation of annual trading terms, balancing customer needs with company interests to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Execute Promotion & Activation roadmaps, including New Product Development (NPD) launches and localized in-store campaigns to hit sales targets.
  • Own the "Perfect Store" dashboard, meticulously managing KPIs such as Share of Shelf (SOS), Out-of-Stock (OOS) prevention, On-Shelf Availability (OSA), and Distribution compliance (MSL).

Qualifications:

  • A strong background in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
  • Good command of English (written and verbal) for professional negotiation and internal reporting.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager within the Modern Trade/CVS channel.
  • Strong grasp of Sales Performance Management Systems (SPMS), focusing on In-Store missions, Customer Management, and Category Management.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a collaborative "team player" mindset.
