Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultancy on facility management and operational workflow optimization.
• Oversee total site operations, ensuring 100% compliance with organizational standards, quality controls, and manpower productivity.
• Define long-term management policies and strategic roadmaps for a diverse network of retail and service points.
• Establish world-class customer service standards, empowering teams to build long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
• Monitor market trends to identify efficiency improvements and new revenue streams within the retail ecosystem.
• Translate organizational vision into actionable regional plans, ensuring alignment between corporate goals and site-level execution.

Qualifications:

• Ability to leverage advanced data analysis for commercial decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under high pressure.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations, Marketing, or Business Development within High-Volume Retail, Automotive Services, or Complex Infrastructure sectors.
• Ability to link complex on-site variables with macro business outcomes.
• Thai National with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in MBA, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
