Responsibilities:
- Serve as a market intelligence hub, gathering data on competitive activities and operational trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Organize specialized medical events and professional activities designed to strengthen our value proposition within the medical community.
- Conduct regular "Double Calls" (Field Visits) with team members to set call objectives, refine engagement techniques, and collect first-hand market insights.
- Ensure 100% compliance with ethical codes, respecting all local and international regulations regarding the marketing of specialized healthcare products.
- Contribute to the design of Incentive Schemes, providing data-driven suggestions to reward the field force for achieving commercial and strategic milestones.
Qualifications:
