Responsibilities:

• Partner with DevOps and Security teams to ensure observability, monitoring, and seamless release governance.
• Define and own the end-to-end architecture for Smart Contract solutions, including product lifecycles, hooks, versioning upgrade paths, and posting instructions.
• Mentor Technical Leads and Developers on best practices for smart contract patterns and release governance.
• Oversee production issue investigation, performing root-cause analysis for complex financial calculation discrepancies or posting failures.
• Partner with DevOps and Security teams to ensure observability, monitoring, and seamless release governance.
• Define coding standards, testing strategies (Unit/E2E), and CI/CD structures for all contract deliveries.
• Drive architecture reviews, technical decision records (TDRs), and risk assessments across multiple development teams.

Qualifications:

• Deep, hands-on knowledge of Vault architecture, including posting instructions, hooks, ledgers, and workflow orchestration.
• 12+ years of experience in backend engineering or solution design, with strong Python fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, specifically double-entry bookkeeping and reconciliation of financial events.
• Excellent client-facing skills; ability to simplify highly technical concepts for non-technical senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience designing complex financial products (e.g., Lending, CASA, Cards, or Interest-bearing products).
