Report to
Group Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver total sales objectives, including Net Sales, profit margins, and healthy cash flow for assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to plan and negotiate annual trading terms, balancing company interests with customer requirements to achieve mutually beneficial growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) with customers to report on performance and propose new commercial opportunities.
  • Own "Perfect Store" fundamentals, managing critical KPIs such as Share of Shelf, Out-of-Stock (OOS) prevention, On-Shelf Availability (OSA), and distribution of the Must-Stock List (MSL).
  • Develop Promotion & Activation plans, overseeing New Product (NPD) launches and in-store campaigns to maximize market share.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and executive presentations.
  • Strong background in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager specifically within the Modern Trade channel.
  • Deep knowledge of Sales Performance Management Systems (SPMS), including In-Store missions and Customer/Category management.
