Responsibilities:
- Oversee specialized professional events and medical activities designed to strengthen the company’s value proposition within the medical community.
- Develop comprehensive "Territory and Action Plans" based on rigorous analysis of market data and commercial trends to identify high-potential opportunities within your assigned region.
- Supervise and audit administrative reporting (Daily call logs, expense reports, regional plans) to guarantee that all field activities are compliant with company policy and legal requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize regional targets with senior leadership, ensuring effective allocation of goals by product line and geographic area.
- Coach and mentor a specialized field team, providing on-the-job training and guidance to solve complex clinical or operational challenges.
- Manage the talent lifecycle for your region, from interviewing and selecting potential field force candidates to conducting periodic performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- People Development: A strong passion for coaching and elevating the technical and commercial skills of a field force.
- Demonstrated experience working within highly regulated industries with a strict commitment to ethical marketing codes
- Deep familiarity with the Hospital/Institutional channel and the professional decision-making process within healthcare systems.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Medical Sales, Clinical Relations, or Healthcare Management.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to translate complex market data into executable regional plans.
