Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate volume forecasting and operational readiness for large-scale promotional cycles.
  • Systematically analyze complex commercial datasets (including retailer data, sales-out reports, and market share metrics) to uncover latent shopper behaviors and commercial growth white spaces at the point of purchase.
  • Serve as the critical commercial interface to the Brand Marketing team, integrating national campaigns into compelling in-store activations tailored to the shopper journey in each channel.
  • Manage and optimize the Trade Spend budget for designated channels, conducting rigorous pre- and post-promotional analysis to quantify Return on Investment (ROI) and recommend strategic adjustments for maximum efficiency.
  • Lead the selection, procurement, and supply chain readiness for all POSM, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to transform raw data (syndicated sources, retailer scan data) into strategic, clear, and actionable commercial insights.
  • Proven ability to manage significant trade budgets and demonstrate strong financial acumen in promotional ROI calculation.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, financial modeling) and PowerPoint (clear presentation creation).
  • A proactive, commercially-driven leader with strong project management skills and the proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of the local retail landscape, including the dynamics of Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-commerce channels.
