Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to unify competing requirements and ensure a single source of financial truth is used for all major strategic presentations and decision-making forums.
• Drive rigorous governance by collecting, consolidating, and validating financial inputs across multiple business units (MBUs) to ensure accuracy and consistency in regional reporting.
• Prepare and submit the complete SEA financial package into the designated global consolidation system (e.g., Magnitude/BPC) for global reporting.
• Prepare high-stakes management decks for monthly financial performance calls and critical quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with the SEA General Manager, Regional Finance Director, and AMEA/Global teams.
• Lead the preparation of comprehensive month-end financial reporting packages for global management, focusing on key performance indicators (e.g., Net Sales Variance, Return on Promotion (ROP) bridge analysis, A&P spend by nature, and Brand/Channel results).

• Meticulous attention to detail, strong follow-through, and proven ability in multitasking and prioritizing a heavy workload in a regional, fast-paced environment.
• Highly technically skilled and mathematically inclined, with a demonstrable passion for quantitative analysis and the ability to articulate complex financial insights into a compelling business narrative.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, required for frequent and effective communication with regional and global leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role, with a strong preference for experience within the FMCG and Multinational Corporation environment.
