Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate the regional portfolio review cycle, serving as the central point of contact for strategic innovation meetings and ensuring the timely, high-quality submission of all business cases and financial forecasts.
• Ensure strict adherence to governance protocols, including full documentation, pre-read preparation, and cross-functional alignment on market readiness for every product launch.
• Develop high-impact analytical platforms (dashboards and models) using Power BI to visually track and evaluate the financial performance of innovation and key strategic metrics.
• Conduct structured risk and opportunity assessments using proprietary company frameworks to provide senior management with a balanced view of strategic initiatives.
• Architect scalable financial models and data ETL processes using tools like Power Query and Power Pivot to transform raw financial data into reliable, automated planning tools.
• Actively research and propose the application of emerging digital technologies (e.g., AI integration) to elevate the efficiency of planning and forecasting processes.

​Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in developing robust data models and insightful visualizations using Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, or Commercial Planning, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal) with the confidence to deliver compelling presentations to senior executive audiences.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
• A Master's degree or MBA is highly valued.
