Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary commercial advisor to the Brand Marketing team, ensuring all national brand campaigns are fully integrated and tailored for in-store/in-channel success.
  • Translate insights into clear, persuasive Category and Shopper Stories that empower the Sales team to win distribution and merchandising opportunities.
  • Lead the strategic development of category growth narratives and joint business plans with key retail partners to secure superior shelf space, visibility, and trade funding support.
  • Define the core standards for in-store execution, merchandising, and Point-of-Sale Material (POSM) deployment across all channels.
  • Conduct rigorous post-evaluation of promotional cycles and trade spends, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership for future investment efficiency.
  • Systematically analyze complex datasets (e.g., sales out, market share, shopper panel data) to uncover latent growth opportunities and channel-specific competitive threats.

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives under tight deadlines.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Channel Marketing, Trade Development, or Category Management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex multi-channel strategies and trade budget allocation.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills in both local and business English.
