Responsibilities:
- Deliver regular business performance analyses and insights to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and defend market position.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Modern Trade accounts, negotiating win–win terms to maximize business outcomes.
- Lead joint business planning and Top-to-Top meetings to align customer and company goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Modern Trade sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Modern Trade dynamics, category management, and channel operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
