Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic financial partner to Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive business growth and profitability.
• Drive process improvement and automation in reporting and claim settlements.
• Provide actionable financial analysis and recommendations on pricing, promotions, and customer agreements.
• Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews
• Monitor performance versus targets, highlight key risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actions.
• Partner with regional finance teams to align on policies, reporting, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SAP, Excel (advanced), and Power BI.
• Strong expertise in trade spend management, commercial analysis, and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with non-finance stakeholders.
• Fluent in both English and Thai, with excellent communication skills.
