Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers, distributors, and strategic business partners.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and trade spend optimization.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity, increase market penetration, and drive consumer engagement.
  • Align marketing campaigns with sales initiatives to ensure synergy and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform business strategy.
  • Monitor market trends and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive a culture of innovation, performance excellence, and data-driven decision-making across the commercial team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in FMCG with combined sales and marketing exposure, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue and brand growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
