Report to
Head of Business Unit

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to deliver strong execution across all channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Online, and Key Accounts).
  • Build strong partnerships with key customers, distributors, and strategic business partners.
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to identify new business opportunities and channel growth potential.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment between sales plans and business objectives.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and trade spend optimization.
  • Drive a culture of performance excellence and continuous improvement across the sales organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record in managing nationwide sales operations and key customer relationships.
  • Deep understanding of FMCG sales dynamics, channel management, and category development.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
