Report to
Marketing Director
Responsibilities:
- Monitor brand performance across markets, consolidate insights into regional reports, and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with Directors and senior leaders across the region to align on strategic priorities.
- Drive brand strategies that balance regional impact with strong local market relevance.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to enhance brand positioning and growth potential.
- Lead regional campaigns with a lead market approach to ensure scalability and consistent brand messaging across SEA.
- Adapt successful best practices across countries, tailoring them to fit local consumer insights and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate consumer and market data into actionable strategies.
- Experience in medical marketing is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, communication, and activation within FMCG or multinational environments.
- Proven collaboration and project management skills, including experience with product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
