Responsibilities:

• Support month-end closing activities and provide required data for both internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure timely payment collection, manage customer claims and credit memos, and proactively follow up on overdue invoices.
• Act as the primary contact for all billing activities, including issuing invoices, processing adjustments, and resolving disputes.
• Verify correct application of GST/VAT/Service Tax and maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both Thai and English, written and spoken.
