Report to
Head of Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing brand team by fostering a collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment.
- Drive strategic brand development, campaign execution, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Monitor and drive brand P&L performance, ensuring delivery against topline and profitability targets.
- Oversee product and channel mix to optimize growth, sales, and profitability.
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, including development of integrated communication plans, ensuring all activities align with brand positioning and tone of voice.
- Provide strategic input and thought leadership to company-wide initiatives and cross-category projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid experience in budget, A&P, and P&L management.
- Strong analytical ability with proven leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in brand stewardship, product launches, and delivering strong business results.
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, communication development, and campaign execution within FMCG or multinational companies.
