Report to
Head of Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing brand team by fostering a collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment.
  • Drive strategic brand development, campaign execution, and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and drive brand P&L performance, ensuring delivery against topline and profitability targets.
  • Oversee product and channel mix to optimize growth, sales, and profitability.
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, including development of integrated communication plans, ensuring all activities align with brand positioning and tone of voice.
  • Provide strategic input and thought leadership to company-wide initiatives and cross-category projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in budget, A&P, and P&L management.
  • Strong analytical ability with proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in brand stewardship, product launches, and delivering strong business results.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management, communication development, and campaign execution within FMCG or multinational companies.
