Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enhance IT security, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.
• Maintain a stable IT environment for the entire business.
• Prepare and present regular IT performance reports, highlighting risks, opportunities, and improvement areas to management.
• Provide end-user support and training to increase adoption and effective use of IT systems and tools.
• Lead and execute IT projects with the global IT team, ensuring full commitment to operationally established conditions.

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience in IT, including at least one year in IT Project Management.
• Previous experience working in global organizations or projects.
• Skilled at resolving complex issues through process improvements and system enhancements aligned with business goals.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the retail sector, with strong knowledge of retail systems such as inventory, POS, and payment solutions.
• Familiar with the full SDLC, with the capability to lead system development and integration projects.
