Report to
Head of Sale Oprations
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of commercial initiatives and business goals.
- Manage and optimize the allocation of the sales training budget to deliver maximum value.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement to drive efficiency, customer focus, and sustainable sales growth.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales operations and capability team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Provide strategic guidance and coaching to sales managers and cross-functional teams to maximize commercial impact.
- Analyze sales performance data and key metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization and capability enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in a senior sales operations, commercial excellence, or capability development role, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced consumer-driven industry.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in translating data into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
