Responsibilities:

• Oversee timely payment processing, manage customer claims and credit memos, and follow up proactively on outstanding balances.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all customer billing matters, including issuing invoices, making adjustments, and resolving any disputes.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to align on processes, solve issues quickly, and deliver high-quality service to stakeholders.
• Monitor customer credit limits, conduct solvency checks, and carry out credit assessments to approve or release orders.
• Support month-end closing activities, prepare relevant reports, and provide data for internal and external audits.
• Ensure correct application of GST/VAT/Service Tax and maintain audit-ready financial documentation in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with regional colleagues.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage tight deadlines.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and willing to travel between office locations as needed.
