Report to
Group Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business reviews and reporting with customers on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure perfect in-store fundamentals such as share of shelf, OOS, OSA, SOV, SOD, SOA, distribution, and MSL compliance.
- Manage trade spend and ensure the overall profitability of responsible accounts.
- Partner with the Group Key Account Manager and National Sales Manager to plan and negotiate annual trading terms, ensuring a balance between customer and company interests.
- Utilize sales and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities, drive topline sales, and gain market share.
- Plan and execute promotions, activations, NPD launches, and other in-store campaigns required to achieve sales targets.
- Deploy and monitor flawless in-store execution in line with company direction, including providing coaching and support to PC/AE as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- Solid analytical ability with proven supervisory and leadership experience; a strong team player.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager in the Modern Trade channel, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
