Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate sales forecasts and align demand planning with supply chain and operations.
• Manage the preparation of sales budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.
• Drive process improvements and automation in sales finance reporting and claim settlements.
• Implement and oversee internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key commercial metrics such as trade spend and sales margins.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small finance team.
• Monitor performance against targets, identifying key risks, opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Strong ability to influence non-finance stakeholders through effective business partnering.
• 5–10 years of experience in finance, ideally within FMCG, retail, or healthcare sectors.
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
