Report to
Head of Sales Training

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, and execute a year-round training calendar tailored to different levels and sales channels.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of training and people development on business performance.
  • Coach field staff and managers on effective utilization of training and development programs.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of best-in-class sales operations processes and systems.
  • Oversee and ensure the effective utilization of the sales training budget.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization and capability building.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Management).
  • Strong commercial acumen with solid understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Sales Training and People Development.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Sales and Distributor management in FMCG.
