Responsibilities:

• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to achieve shared objectives and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Support month-end closing activities and provide accurate data for both internal and external audits.
• Proactively follow up on overdue payments, manage customer claims/credit memos, and monitor credit limits with regular solvency checks to ensure smooth order release.
• Serve as the key contact for invoicing, including issuing invoices, processing adjustments, and resolving disputes in a timely manner.
• Safeguard accuracy in GST/VAT/Service Tax application while maintaining clear, audit-ready financial records.

Qualifications:

• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong command of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Solid knowledge of Invoice-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with experience collaborating across countries.
• Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
