Report to
Head of Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the brand’s product and channel mix to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Lead strategic brand development and campaign execution, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and tone of voice.
  • Develop and manage the product innovation and renovation pipeline in line with market opportunities and brand strategy.
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, including ICP development, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Build and develop a high-performing brand team, enhancing team capabilities, promoting collaboration, and fostering a positive, supportive work culture.
  • Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor and drive brand P&L performance, delivering against financial targets.
  • Actively participate in core topline meetings (Demand Forecasting, Topline, LIM).
  • Manage total A&P budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and positive ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record in brand management, product launches, and driving business results.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in budget, A&P, and P&L management.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong executional focus.
