Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit SEA BPC/Magnitude financial packages.
• Develop SEA month-end consolidation decks for RBU presentation.
• Lead performance management across all P&L lines and Operating Free Cash Flow.
• Promote efficiency through workshops, idea-sharing, tracking initiatives, and ROI analyses.
• Ensure high-quality financial submissions from countries to support consolidated AMEA reporting.
• Actively participate in the annual strategic planning process, contributing financial insights and analysis.
• Oversee closing, forecasting, and budget control for the Front-of-House (FOH) function, ensuring accountability.
• Prepare presentations, reports, data analyses, and discussion points to facilitate decision-making and drive business results.
• Deliver SEA month-end reporting packages (Net Sales variance, Brand/Channel results, ROP Bridge) in BPC/Magnitude for RBU consolidation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification such ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW.
• A master's or MBA is a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in FP&A/Cash management or more.
• Highly independent and resourceful.
• Technically skilled and mathematically inclined with a passion for crunching numbers, and the ability to convey stories from the numbers is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with numerous stakeholders to understand competing requirements, influence outcomes, and deliver effective services.
