Responsibilities:

• Champion a zero-harm safety culture in all operations.
• Oversee end-to-end talent management for the Mechanical Engineering team.
• Govern and enforce mechanical engineering standards across projects in Thailand.
• Manage resource planning and drive capability enhancement at the country level.
• Provide project management and execution support for mechanical engineering initiatives.
• Contribute mechanical expertise throughout the design phase, project engineering management, and commissioning process.
• Drive mechanical equipment strategy and standardization across the ASEAN region to enhance scalability and resource optimization.
• Ensure all OEM equipment and engineering work comply with Mechanical Engineering standards and local regulatory requirements; support local teams in maintaining compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Mechanical Engineering qualification with more than 7 years professional experience.
• Demonstrated effective change leadership across a global, multicultural functional organization.
• Desirable Experience in Mechanical equipment design & manufacturing for Cold Rolling Mills, Strip Processing Line / Color Paint Line/ Furnaces
• Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) for both technical and non-technical subjects, adaptable to all organizational levels
• Proven Experience in Mechanical Equipment Design and Manufacturing with a capability to design, analyze and implement strategic upgrades for heavy Metal industry.
• Proven Experience in understanding of implementation of mechanical design concept in Hydraulics system, Bearing applications and selection, Machine Design, Material selection and application, Gear Box and Transmission systems, etc.
