Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering customer plans for assigned accounts.
  • Monitor daily sales performance against targets, including tracking sell-in and sell-out data from partners.
  • Conduct regular store visits according to the route plan to ensure smooth execution, resolve operational issues promptly, and verify that FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices are consistently followed by merchandisers to prevent stock aging.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience in local distributor management
  • Has own car and driving license
  • Able to work in the assigned area
  • Experience in FMCG Sales is a must
  • Solid experience in managing distributors or direct accounts
