Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong expertise in field sales cycle planning and effectively guide the team to execute it successfully.
- Build and strengthen strategic business relationships with local distributors and key customers to support long-term success.
- Lead and manage the Area Sales Executive team to achieve sales targets in alignment with the company standards and within the approved budget.
- Partner actively with the Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Executives to optimize costs and drive sustainable sales growth and profitability among local key accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and local distributors, providing hands-on coaching to ensure the achievement of key sales metrics, including sell-in, sell-out, and in-store visibility.
- Ensure full compliance of the sales team with all company policies and principles, including trade spending, Company/local trade policies, trade terms, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role with strong expertise in managing local wholesale operations.
- Proven experience in leading and managing internal sales teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work in upcountry locations and must possess a personal vehicle.
