Report to
Senior Performance & Operation Efficiency Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Taking full accountability for safety, including inspections, investigations, corrective actions, and reporting.
  • Upholding core company values such as safety (WISE), quality (iCare), sustainability (Nature), and ethical compliance.
  • Monitoring industrial performance indicators, tracking progress of Manufacturing concept activities, and communicating successes.
  • Participating in regional networks to roll out best practices, supporting the Manufacturing concept steering committee, and co-leading training program development with HR.
  • Leading "Ideal Factory" initiatives, coordinating internal and external benchmarking, and supporting the implementation of performance management and digital solutions.
  • Leading the establishment and execution of operational efficiency and Manufacturing concept initiatives, including setting improvement goals, driving implementation, and ensuring successful program rollout.
  • Providing direct coaching to teams, facilitating training sessions (including "train the trainer" for Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Kaizen), and developing comprehensive training plans to cultivate a Lean manufacturing mindset.
  • Spearheading efforts to enhance industrial productivity and optimize manufacturing processes across all operational functions. This involves leading problem-solving activities (PSGs), Kaizen events, and promoting recognition for achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or Engineering.
  • At least 10 years in LEAN Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong analytical and development skills.
  • Possesses strong leadership competencies.
  • People-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficient in LEAN manufacturing methodologies and tools.
  • Highly knowledgeable in ISO/HACCP/GMP/Safety/Environment Systems, LEAN Master, and Six Sigma.
  • Skilled in project management, including risk analysis, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
