Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing and executing projects.
  • Regularly update project progress to Leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive & execute optimization projects with Operations, Supply Chain, and QOR teams.
  • Formulate Operation, Supply Chain, and Digital Transformation Strategies by identifying new opportunities with alignment from QOR LT and functional teams

General Tasks

  • Lead & drive Digital Transformation programs / projects
  • Monthly or per requested Performance Dashboard submission
  • Project & Portfolio Management; Implement value-added projects related to Supply Point 3PM, Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Team and People Management; Coach and Develop Talents, Ensure an effective day to day management of people and teams
  • Cost Management: Seek optimization of operations costs for Operation, covering company Supply Point & 3PM, Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Operations Strategy: framing strategy of operations in link with quality and R&I strategies for the SEA supply network in order to respond to the needs of the markets.
  • Flow Management and System; Set up a routing plan and a procurement plan that meets economic and service level objectives set by the business unit, and implement the resources for attaining these objectives
  • Operations & Supply Chain Performance; Improve the performance by involving all players and using continuous improvement methods

Strategic

  • Initiate mid to long-term optimization projects, including Digital Transformation, determine plan and resources, drive & support towards project completion
  • Taking a forward-looking perspective, framing a strategic & transformation path for Operations related in alignment with SEA CBU’s goal and related stakeholders e.g., R&I, Quality, SEA MBUs, SEA CBU, AMEA, SN
  • Identify Organizational capabilities gaps and develop strategies to build and enhance working efficiency, Product Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Cost Optimization

Execution

  • Animate Performance results for SEA OPS and drive/align priorities
  • Analyzing current operations, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to streamline processes
  • Drive the success of Operations KPIs, including Manufacturing & Supply Chain efficiency and controllable cost
  • Drive Transformation Management, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new strategies, processes, and digital tools
  • Lead strategic Operations program(s) and project(s), for example, new machine installation, new operations partnership, digital transformation, BCP roadmap, Inventory optimization, Road Safety

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in international business, logistics, operations, business administration or supply chain management
  • Communicates well in English
  • 8 to 10 years in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations
  • Project Management, Stakeholder Management and Team Management Skills
