Medical Affairs & Market Access Director

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, support, and review scientific communications for HCP (TH/LAOS) in collaboration with the cross-functional team.
  • Identify, analyze, and follow competitor activities in trends relevant to our categories and propose suitable communication pointers.
  • Ensure compliance in working with our external stakeholders.
  • Ensure product and claim compliance by assessing the medical messaging and product composition.
  • Ensure all promotional materials & activities in the MBU (TH/LAOS) are in line with local and regional legislations and regulations.
  • Co-ordinate with SEA-MNS & local cross-functional team to develop need-based educational and training materials for TH/LAOS or SEA region as required
  • Review & approve communication via the CVM process and product information for HCPs & Consumers.  Ensure scientific communication is strong, compelling & justified by scientific evidence
  • Responsible for effective translation of scientific knowledge & insights into educational content & communication in the form of Detailing Aid, Scientific Presentation, product claims, etc.
  • Assure credible, ethical & scientifically sound messages are aligned across functions/businesses, communication channels, and target audiences to maximize opportunity, sustain company credibility, and minimize risks.
  • Manage & liaise with International, Regional & National KOLs (TH/LAOS) to facilitate and conduct local/regional scientific events and advisory board on topics related to category building, evidence generation & strengthening our value proposition.
  • Plan and organise the research activities in collaboration with TH/LAOS KOLs or a third-party agency to generate local data and analysis to establish strong and reliable evidence that substantiates claims serving the value proposition

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Food Science or any related fields.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in pharmaceutical companies and 1 year of work experience in a managerial level.
  • Experience in the regional level is a plus
  • Strong team player
  • Able to work independently
  • Demonstrate a track record to manage HCP KOLS
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Oral, Listening, Presentation) and has a Problem-Solving Skills
