Responsibilities:

• Costing and continuous improvement.
• Drives the budget and forecast process.
• Monthly financial analysis, costing report.
• Any other as assigned by the direct superior.
• Prepare a monthly management report and highlight to management and or the Business Unit any significant variances.
• Ensure accuracy and timelines of costing information.
• Prepare and calculate product cost and transfer price.
• Develops and conducts cost review meetings with the department manager.
• Full function in fixed assets starts from CAPEX to Fixed Assets until write-off.
• Recommend any updates to accounting policies affecting fixed assets to management
• Conducts variance analysis against budget and forecast, presenting results to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Factory Costing
• 3 years’ experience in an MNC (Manufacturing would be an advantage)
• Proficiency in English language communication
• Advanced in analytical skills and in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of IFRS, TFRS, and TAX
• Can-do and problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication skills for the ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks • Well-versed or knowledge in SAP or ERP
